god’s work is never done

am still buzzing from the turnout for the launch of “god’s sketchbook” on thursday just gone.  over the past two days visitors have continued to drop by and take in the work of the fairhead brothers (and god).  you can’t help but feel proud of them – from their mannerisms through to the work they produce there’s a sense of humour that is just right for the times engaging young and old(er).

i was on ‘tea making duty’ today and it was cool to see the space come to life as the artists returned to take up their residency alongside - visitors, other artists from the collective as they dropped by to discuss their up and coming shows, and two cats that keep making their way into the space.

the world being created the fairheads on one of the walls continues to grow and is now inhabited by three-boobed figures, a nest complete with bird, a goat-like-sheep and of course, a diamond-raining cloud.  all might seem dandy, but i’m a bit concerned as i’ve noticed a new dubious looking character lurking amongst the mountains….
